Hi, I’m Heather - a lifelong foodie and creative soul who believes every gathering deserves something beautiful (and delicious!) My love for charcuterie started with simple family get togethers that turned into artful boards overflowing with flavor and color. For me, each board tells a story- crafted with care, meant to be shared and designed to bring people together. I always believed that food is an experience- a way to connect, celebrate and savor life’s small moments. My charcuterie grew from a love of balance: sweet and savory, texture and color, artistry and flavor. Every board I create is a reflection of that harmony, designed to turn any occasion into something extraordinary. I decided to take this to a whole new level and start a mobile charcuterie business and now I can share my passion for bringing people together with magical tasting charcuterie in this fun mobile format!
A little bit more about me….
I moved from Spokane, Washington, a couple years ago, to the beautiful town of Sumner - life has been such an amazing adventure ever since I met my husband Brandon, we’ve been building our dreams together and enjoying every minute of it. We share a love for creativity, community and building something meaningful. Brandon runs his own woodworking business, www.voltagewoodworks.com where he creates stunning custom, one-of-a-kind resin and wood pieces. One of the best parts of our journey is how our businesses blend together - Brandon crafts beautiful charcuterie boards for my mobile cart and also for my workshop classes - definitely worth checking out!
We started our businesses because we are passionate about bringing people together through food and creativity. For us, it’s all about connection, community and sharing a bit of joy of charcuterie and woodworking - one board at a time.
Between our business and our home life, there’s is never a dull moment - especially with our three fur babies keeping us company! We love spending time outdoors - camping, exploring and enjoying nature. When we are not outside, you’ll probably find us on road trips, visiting a couple of our favorite places, like Leavenworth and San Juan Islands, going to concerts, and enjoying our families. Family means everything to us, and we try to make the most of every moment we share with the people (and pets!) we love.
